I've had numerous issues trying to get mail and packages and no one seems to care...and trying to get a human being on the phone is near impossible. Senator Coons' office is now going to investigate and I encourage anyone else with these issues to reach out to his office to add your voice.

Instead of properly delivering packages or communicating issues, they seem to avoid doing their jobs correctly. the behavior of your phone support staff has made this situation much worse. Every time I call to get an update or find a solution, the representatives are entirely unhelpful. Instead of investigating the issue, they give me conflicting information and wrong directions just to get me off the phone.
