Instead of properly delivering packages or communicating issues, they seem to avoid doing their jobs correctly. the behavior of your phone support staff has made this situation much worse. Every time I call to get an update or find a solution, the representatives are entirely unhelpful. Instead of investigating the issue, they give me conflicting information and wrong directions just to get me off the phone.

- JDJason DixonApr 27, 20261.0This post office needs to be investigated. Im not sure who to escalate them to but ive had 3 packages showed delivered that I never received. As I put claims in for all of them, all different dates I mysteriously then receive 2 packages in my box that ended up being someone else's packages from another address. Either someone is stealing or theyre EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. That's a total of 5 misplaced packages within a month.
