- JJJayAug 10, 20261.0The worse people I EVER encountered at a place that's supposed to be professionals. I ordered a pair of sneakers to be delivered to my house because I been ordering for years. This wworker there didn't have my package for delivery then she tells me after a couple days yes your package was here but it got placed in pickup by mistake. So I asked her how she give my package away without my 🆔 and all she said was she's sorry and she's gonna try to track it down which NEVER happened then I go in person upset and her and her supervisor thought it was funny for some reason. They're terrible!!
- ABAmanda BAug 6, 20261.0This distribution center routinely loses mail, everything is delayed by weeks, customer service doesnt want you to file a complaint or contact them until mail is at least 7 days late which is ridiculous. I never have issues with delivery time when things are sent to processing hubs in Western PA, it's only mail that gets processed through Wilmington, DE that is delayed, destroyed, or lost.
