The experience today at this store was nothing short of sad, worst customer counter work ethic I've ever seen. Line of people backed up, staff didn't give a rip. Awkwardly slow and even flirtatious with a single customer. Me and another lady ended up walking out because it was clear we weren't going to get service for probably another 20 minutes. Very shocked, very disappointed.
- LOLynette OliverAug 19, 20263.0This store was incredibly crowded with the line outside of the door. However, they have a scanner if you’re just dropping off a package, especially an Amazon return. But none of the staff said that until I had been standing in line for about 10 minutes. The scanner and label printer was their saving grace. Perhaps there should be a sign posted that says, “Dropping off an Amazon Return? Scan your QR return code here, print the label and leave your package in the area designated “.
