    Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Kiki was able to answer all of my questions and advise me on all of my options for shipping my package. She made me feel welcome in the store and is a valuable asset to this UPS location. Thanks, Kiki, for a wonderful UPS experience! I will definitely return to this location for my shipping, Amazon return, and printing/copying needs!

    Just left from a fingerprinting appointment. Appointment was at 11am. When I got there, there were three associates available but the one who had the ability to help me was with another customer. When they finished up around 1115, he tried to call a customer who had shown up AFTER me for a notary. When I stated that not only was I there first, but I also had an appointment. The employee, Paul tried to dismiss me by saying he is the only notary available. When I said that did not matter because I was also waiting for him to help me because apparently he was the only one able to assist with fingerprinting, I also reiterated that I had an appointment AND I was there before the customers he tried to call ahead of me. I was able to go next after waiting 15 minutes, but it was clear that Paul was frustrated because I called him out. Unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
