  ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re considering opening a mailbox here for personal or business use, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I already pay a significant annual fee for my mailbox, and I receive very little mail—maybe two packages a month, if that. Some of those “packages” are literally just business cards in a bubble mailer. Charging me nearly $200 in storage fees to pick up just two small packages is completely unreasonable and unlike anything I’ve experienced at other UPS Store locations. I have mailboxes at multiple UPS Store locations, and none of them have ever charged me like this. That’s why I won’t be renewing my mailbox here. I’ll be moving everything to the Wilmington location, the address is 1007 N market st! where I’ve always been treated with respect and where customer service is actually a priority. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated. When I questioned the charges, I was told I was “huffing and puffing” instead of being given a professional explanation. The owner was also in the store and came across as dismissive, acting as though my concerns didn’t matter. To make matters worse, I was essentially told they could cancel my mailbox. When I asked whether I’d receive a refund if they did, the answer was no. I immediately told them not to cancel anything if they weren’t going to refund the remaining time on my mailbox. That interaction felt more like a threat than an attempt to resolve the issue. I understand businesses have policies, but the combination of excessive fees, poor customer service, and the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I will also be reporting my experience to UPS because this is not the level of professionalism I expect from a UPS Store. Also: If my mailbox is canceled without my authorization or without an appropriate refund, I will dispute the charge with my bank. This is not how you talk to customers !

  My favorite UPS ever! Professionally ran, everyone is helpful and patient. I’m here a few times a month and never had a bad experience!

  Terrible customer service. NO 24 hr access. Pricey PO Boxes. Very limited hours.
