This is a great Amazon drop off for returns, a few of the younger guys working there have poor attitudes. It's located in a great shopping center with the ability to do a variety of shopping with a grocery store in the rear of the center. This location would be a five 🌟 star, but for the attitudes 🙄 of the young guys working there. Nonetheless, I i will continue to do my returns there because of how close it is to where I live.

Stop with the aggressive rewards enrollments!
If I dont want it, I dont want it! And you shouldnt punish your employees for not successfully forcing me on a "rewards" list you no doubt mainly want just to sell.
I notice this everywhere I go, walgreens, CVS, giant, all these places.
I never knew why the staff were so pushy.
Well, I was at staples the other day, and the person (I won't say anything else about them, so they arent punished) was being quite pushy about me joining staples rewards.
When I said no, I caught them trying to sign me up anyway!
(I noticed them looking at info on my ticket and typing it in)
So I confronted them, and was pretty frustrated to be honest.
They told me that they are forced to maintain a certain amount of rewards sign ups and transactions each time they work or apparently overall they get demerits and warnings or something?
I appreciated their honesty.
But I still refused the sign up.
I am telling all my friends and family, this is disgraceful. Shame on staples and all the other stores that do this!
Don't threaten your employees to try and force me onto a list! If I dont want the rewards, I dont have to have them!
Isn't getting my money good enough?
I'm going to be rethinking where I shop.

The absolute worst customer service. The woman who “helped” me was just short of worthless. I later asked to speak with a manager, only for her to tell me— SHE IS the manager.
I observed her lack of interest in helping practically every customer who walked in the entire 40 minutes I was in the store.
She is condescending, and perhaps she was having a bad day or life, so being courteous was difficult, but that does not excuse the condescension towards customers.
I literally stood in their store and ordered something I needed from there from Amazon, because I will not spend another dime in this location.
If you’re looking to do a print project, might I suggest fedex office print. Always excellent customer service, the only reason I wound up at staples was because fedex wasn’t open yet.
Lesson learned: it’s much better to wait.
