  They may be good for shipping but don’t get anything notarized here. The guy has no idea what he’s doing and you’ll have to get it done again. We’ve had this happen two times now and it’s huge inconvenience.

  The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and patient. You are always greeted with a smile and warmth. Very efficient customer service!

  I had to return equipment to AT&T today. They would not provide a shipping label because they said it was not necessary. I called this UPS store because I had never heard of returning something without a shipping label. The man at UPS Smyrna said just come to the store I will help you. When I got there he found the label I needed through my account number on my phone and printed the label for me and said he would handle everything from here. Such rare excellence in customer service is hard to find today. I didn’t even know this store existed, I found it on Google. I am so glad we have this store with such nice people in Smyrna and I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you so much for your help today I will definitely be back!

  Every time I come here, they always have a problem if I have the printout on my phone, how come they cannot just print it out and scan it. It’s always something with his wife. She has an attitude or something.
