Very disappointed with the customer service that the Seaford post office offers, From the lack of integrity from the employees parts to the bad attitude. I implore anyone that needs a package shipped to go elsewhere this is exactly why the United States Postal Service is failing and should be privatized

The experience I have here tends to depend entirely on which clerk I get. One is wonderful, always smiling and friendly, very happy to help you with anything you need. The other just seems miserable. She’s very short and blunt with her responses and has managed to find something wrong every time I’ve gone in. She is extremely picky and will refuse to accept packages for small things that other post offices I’ve been to don’t care about at all, like a small corner of a company logo on the box poking out from behind the shipping label. She even once had an issue with the direction I approached the counter from. Literally. I walked in and was the only customer in the entire building so instead of walking the entire way around the huge counter/island in the middle of the room, I just walked straight up to the counter. She straight up ignored me for a good 30 seconds when I got to the counter and then said something along the lines of “oh sorry, I didn’t realize you needed help because people who need service at the counter come up from the other direction. Next time come up the other way.” … Are we serious? Being picky about packages I can understand because, while it’s slightly annoying for me, I understand that it’s a security measure, but I don’t think me approaching the counter from the left instead of the right is a threat to national security.

My daughter setup for the mailman Victor to come and pickup a package and he never did. My daughter got a text message saying it was picked up and it wasn't. This is bullshit! Second time it has happened. Unreal!

I needed to mail some important family items and April who helped me was amazing. Patient and helpful, when I didn't know what to do she explained it to me simply. The staff here are friendly, patient, and very, very helpful. Don't be afraid to come into this store and not know, the staff will be there to help you.
