Unfortunately, the cashier appeared disengaged, and when I went to Customer Service, the staff member looked directly at me and proceeded to ignore me, leaving me standing there without assistance. I found the experience extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I also felt as though I was being racially profiled based on the way I was treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are treated, because everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Our household generally goes once a month with all our returns, which can be hefty at times, and each time it is a smooth transaction. Most times the employees seem to be in a good mood. Most recently I purchased a printer on one of our trips, and I so wish I could remember this guy's name because he was absolutely wonderful! I have a bad shoulder and not only did he put the printer in the cart, he also put it in my Jeep. Now that's excellent service!
