- FFFrozynSighs1 day ago1.0Genuinely one of the worst USPS facilities out there. All women working there and they don’t want to lift a heavy package. I had a pre paid label and it “wasn’t reading on the scale.” They wanted me to go to the other location next to my house, like what? What is wrong with these people? I’ve shipped more than 20 of these and never had a problem until them. All they do is complain. I’m a full time e-commerce reseller. I know more about your restrictions than you. They don’t even let me prove the weight or explain myself. It’s just “no we can’t take it.” “The scale isn’t reading it” I’m not dumb. I know you guys are just lazy. Last time I dropped off the exact same box and exact same package at the exact same location, they took it and it delivered with no issues. If my package was overweight they’ll RTS it or charge me the correct weight. Dude I genuinely hate them. They make my life so hard. I was even willing to pick it up and put it wherever they want me to put it. Even with all that help they still want nothing to do with it. All they want is for me to get out because they think they are smarter or I’m scamming or something along those lines. I even offered to bring my own scale to prove the weight and they still didn’t want to do it. Attached picture is the weight of the item at an ACTUALLY WORKING scale at FedEx. September 2nd at 6:30pm in case you want to see who’s working at that time. Ive spent more than 10k on postage, even someone like me isn’t treated kindly at this facility. I’m so mad at these people that it made me realize how amazing the Bear location is. I’m actually going to leave them a 5 star.

Tried to use the self service machine and all package and letter mailing services were out of order. Could only purchase stamps. Package drop bin was broken and marked off, so customer in front of me left when she saw her package could not be put in the drop box.
