  I had a finger printing appointment at 5, I came at 5:30 and the store manager/owner was helpful and understanding and guided me through the process. Great lady, will be back if needed in the future

  Be aware of hidden shipping fees. I was charged hidden fees for a 1pd item using ground advantage. When I inquired with the owner Elaine who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Elaine had very little knowledge about the fees she charge me. I will drive a extra 1/2 mile and go to the post office directly. For the record customers should be told about additional fees etc.
