What I mean by that is keep a stand by to assist with their AMAZON return intake because it has a tendency to overload with people's returns and the one rep. that's handling returns does her best yet it still gets backed up.

She literally helped like 6 people while still getting our returns done. Her managing skills were above all, and she was so kind and nice to everybody considering the staff were extremely overwhelmed. Four words. Give her a raise.

The staff refused to give it back to him, claiming it didn't have an address and could only be given to the recipient—even though my cousin is the sender and his name is clearly on it. I don’t understand what the confusion was about that because he had mentioned to me that whenever he sends packages supposedly they told him that he’s unable to make his own label? They make the label for him and that’s when they messed up and didn’t add on the address. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional throughout the interaction. She told us she couldn't give me the package because "it's under a guy's name and I'm a girl." She then claimed she didn't see his name, and completely brushed him off because he only speaks Spanish. To make matters worse, while I was browsing the store afterward, she made a sarcastic comment asking why I was "still here," as if I wasn't allowed to shop. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and felt racist and discriminatory. Wasn’t going to write this review but I always go here never had issues until now
- JMJason MayeleAug 19, 20262.0Don’t use their photo passport service. Don’t even try it. I went their to h’get my photo taken for US passport, the photo was rejected. I went back to take another one it was rejected again. To save gas I decided to forget about and use an app to take the photo.
