- RRRobApr 17, 20261.0I work nights. I stayed up from 8 am to about 4 pm in my living room near the front door waiting for a package that I had to sign for. Then I receive a text that they tried to deliver it and no one was available???? NO ONE KNOCKED. NO DOOR TAG. NOTHING. I wasted a whole day waiting for this. On top of that they sent a Pic that apparently the driver took of my place. WELL, THAT IS MY CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY IN THE PICTURE!! I WAS HOME! Wth is going on at this place? The driver flat out lied.

- BCBill CauffmanMar 11, 20261.0The driver on my route is not only unable to understand delivery location preference but rude and almost drove over my foot today. When I went out to ask how we can get our packages delivered to the front door and not at the garage. He drove away with me still partly in the door of the truck. This is even after we made sure to change our delivery location so there would be no confusion. This person needs to understand he only has a job because of customers that use the FedEx service.
