  Horrible the delivery date and times changed twice witch caused me to miss delivery twice and im still waiting terrible experience so far.

  I see i had the same issue as many other people here. Stayed up after working night shift. 3 days straight for delivery driver to lie and say delivery attempt was made. I received Amazon packages all week but fed ex could never deliver because " Recipient wasnt available " as I waited for 3days straight until I had to drive to the pickup location myself. The most trifling delivery staff in all of New Castle, DE.

  Every time a retailer chooses FedEx it's an absolute nightmare! I had a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday morning then it switch to 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at 4:00 p.m. the driver parked in front of my house. When I went outside the driver just left without even attempting to deliver the package! When I called I was told they didn't know because the driver fail to document why he did not delivered it. Later that night I received an email saying that I requested to reschedule my package which is an absolute lie. The driver's always shift information to make it seem like the customer is responsible when it's in fact it's the Lazy drivers that don't want to lift heavy packages and just leave. I still don't understand how FedEx is okay with the way their drivers manipulate the system.

  5 packages delivered to the wrong address. Multiple calls to customer service. No corrections. Don’t use FedEx.
