- EWElizabeth WiltFeb 25, 20261.0Went to Milford post office to pick up MY package. Couldn't even call someone ahead of time to even find out if I am allowed as they do not have a direct line. I went expecting this to be quick and easy, but I get an attitude from the front desk lady who acted like I was out of my mind coming there to get MY package. She says "look at this line, I can't go spend 30 mins looking for your package" like, ok? are you the ONLY employee in the whole building? I highly doubt that. Then she says I can have them hold it for you, I said OK, can you hold it until Saturday? She goes honey, if he finds the package tomorrow, he's going to deliver it tomorrow. Like WHAT? Didn't you just say you could hold it for me. And then she just kept referring to the line of people behind me like my request isn't important at all. Absolutely horrible customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They are allegedly understaffed and DO NOT care about you or your requests.
