Ordered live chicks express delivery. 5/13 package out for delivery I wait all day and at 6:30pm get an update Customer requested to hold at post office. I never did that! So the next morning I go immediately to the post office when they open only to be told that my package isn’t there. I said really here’s the packaging tracking number goes back into the back and says oh sorry about that so I get home. One of my chicks is dead. The other one is dying all because they lie constantly about where the packages are. They need a serious overhaul on the postal service. They want a lot of money for delivery and then they can’t even do that much This is not the first time this has happened at this post office absolutely horrible.

Some of the rudest people ive ever met in my entire life work at this establishment. They have no patience, no understanding, don’t talk to people respectfully at all, and have lost my packages multiple times.

I have been reading all these bad reviews about the Middletown Post Office. I have used this Post Office many times and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I had to go there today as I lost my key to my mail box. I was greeted with a smile and was handed all the paper work I needed in a professional way. The line was long and there were only two ( 2 ) employees behind the counter. I was surprised how quick the line moved. I noticed this generation has no patience and is always in a rush. Try and remember to be kind and think that their job is not as easy as it looks, especially when they are short staffed. I suggest spending a day with one of the employees and actually see what all is involved. You may have a different opinion.
