- SSSashaAug 1, 20265.0I received truly meritorious customer service at this location on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. At first the older Asian male clerk was being dismissive and not trying to really help (he needs major customer service training-I should have gotten his name). I expressed it was an overnight delivery of medication from my pharmacy. Immediately the postal clerk Mrs. Denise who was present helping another customer said she would assist me. Both the supervisor Mr. Jimmel and the postal clerk Mrs. Denise went above and beyond to ensure I received my package, even when the situation required extra time and effort to track down my package from the mail carrier due to UPS Store being closed for remodeling. They cared enough to make sure I got my package in my hands before leaving as they were about to close soon. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping a customer made a stressful situation easy to resolve. I’m grateful for their dedication and outstanding service! If you need assistance please don’t hesitate to ask for these two amazing individuals—Supervisor Mr. Jimmel and postal clerk Mrs. Denise who both didn’t just do their jobs—they cared! Their kindness and determination turned a very frustrating moment (as UPS Store on E. Main Street didn’t notify mailbox holders they would be closed for remodeling) into a positive experience. Thank you Mr. Jimmel and Mrs. Denise for going the extra mile and being kind!!

I went to pick it up to see if I can at least grab my package there and as nice as the people were they were no help
- AAAnthonyJun 11, 20261.012 paid and printed shipping label packages with no updates on tracking for days once again. Was told by lady at the front desk that drop offs weren’t accepted at the front today and to put it in the bin with the handle leverage. No updates on any boxes once dropped off in the bin and no receipts since the label was created on a different day which doesn’t apply to any other location that I have been to lol.
