- NMNaomi M6 days ago1.0Ordered live chicks express delivery. 5/13 package out for delivery I wait all day and at 6:30pm get an update Customer requested to hold at post office. I never did that! So the next morning I go immediately to the post office when they open only to be told that my package isn’t there. I said really here’s the packaging tracking number goes back into the back and says oh sorry about that so I get home. One of my chicks is dead. The other one is dying all because they lie constantly about where the packages are. They need a serious overhaul on the postal service. They want a lot of money for delivery and then they can’t even do that much This is not the first time this has happened at this post office absolutely horrible.

I have used this Post Office many times and the employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I had to go there today as I lost my key to my mail box. I was greeted with a smile and was handed all the paper work I needed in a professional way. The line was long and there were only two ( 2 ) employees behind the counter. I was surprised how quick the line moved. I noticed this generation has no patience and is always in a rush. Try and remember to be kind and think that their job is not as easy as it looks, especially when they are short staffed. I suggest spending a day with one of the employees and actually see what all is involved. You may have a different opinion.
