  I've been using this UPS Store for personal and business for over a year now and I have never had any issues whatsoever with the owner or any of the staff. Every request I have made has been processed quickly and handled professionally.

  Had an emergency that required wedding programs to be re-printed in a hurry. Employee Tom was a wizard! He got the file, put them on card stock front and back sent it through the cutting machine and they looked so professional and perfect. He did it without a single mistake and for a fraction of what they were going to charge us at Staples. With zero headache and 100% professionalism. He really saved the day. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was very efficient and helpful. It's obvious that people like and trust this location.

  I cannot say enough good things about James at The UPS Store #4755. I came in late in the day needing help printing memorial materials for a service the following day. James was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He didn’t simply print what I gave him. He took the time to resize and downsize some of my memorial cards so they would look better and print correctly, and he genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product. Because of the amount of work involved, he initially asked if I could return the next morning. I explained that I couldn’t because I needed to handle other preparations for the memorial service. He told me he would make it work—and he did. The store closed at 4:00 PM, and James stayed well past closing to finish my order and make sure everything was right. He could have rushed the job or simply told me to come back the next day. Instead, he went above and beyond. During an already emotional and stressful time, I cannot express how much it meant to encounter someone who genuinely cared about helping me and producing quality work. James, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. You made a difficult day a little easier, and I truly appreciate everything you did.

  I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at your store today. I went in to return a package exactly as the company instructed me to. They told me to tape both boxes together and use the single prepaid return label they provided. I explained this to the employee at the counter, who then asked his manager, James, if they could accept it that way. When James came over, he immediately said, “No, we will not do that.” I calmly explained that I was only following the return instructions given to me by the company. Instead of listening or offering an alternative solution, James responded by saying that if I didn’t like it, he would call the police. I was shocked. I was not yelling, threatening anyone, or causing a disturbance. I was simply explaining the instructions I had been given. I am 4’11” and was there with my son. Being threatened with the police for asking a question and trying to follow the return instructions was humiliating, intimidating, and completely unnecessary. After leaving your store, I went to another local UPS Store with the exact same package, taped together exactly as the company instructed. They accepted it without any problems or questions. This makes it clear that the issue was not my package, but the way I was treated by your manager. James’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. There was no reason to escalate the situation or threaten me with law enforcement when I was doing nothing wrong. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to your store. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that James receives appropriate coaching or disciplinary action so that other customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

  I frequent this UPS Store daily to send my daily packages. I've read the awful reviews but never had an incident until today. I have to send out two packages of documents. I needed 2 UPS express envelopes. These have no value, don't cost anything. Nope. They won't give them to me. Okay, I understand management is miserable. I started to exit. At this point one of the greasy haired employees yells for me to never come back. Excellent customer service guys. Your moms would be proud. Don't forget there is a mailing center on Broad Street as well. And they actually value their customers. And keep in mind they get paid by the Amazon return... return your packages elsewhere! Don't reward their bad behavior.
