  I wanted to take a moment to leave this review in honor of my mom because she always had such a pleasant experience at this UPS Store. Anytime she was in a pinch and needed help with something — especially boards, printouts, or honestly anything a little “techy” when it came to printing 😂 — the staff always stepped in and helped her figure it out. I especially want to give a shoutout to David and Thomas, who I was told helped her with one of her most recent projects. She always spoke highly of the people here and appreciated having somewhere she could go where people were patient, helpful, and willing to step in when she needed it. Unfortunately, she didn’t get a chance to leave a review herself, so I wanted to make sure I did it for her. Thank you all for being so kind to my mom and for making things easier for her when she needed the help. It really meant more than you probably knew. ❤️

  I was charged $5.50 to print a ONE page doc….$5.00 for a “computer fee” and $0.50 for the actual document. I have had documents printed at several other UPS Store locations and have only ever paid a small printing fee, usually around $0.50. What makes this charge even more frustrating is that I never even touched or used the computer. I emailed the document to the store, and the employee accessed it and printed it for me. I understand charging for printing, but charging $5.00 for computer access when the customer did not use the computer is excessive, especially for a single page doc. If there are additional fees, customers should be made aware of them before being charged! Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad impression, and I will not be returning to this location.

  I entered this UPS store to purchase a box to mail off a package. I was told how much it would cost then I inquired and said I needed to get either crumbled up paper to put in the box to stop the package from shifting around then I was told that I could either buy a foot of bubble wrap A dollar or a roll of bubble wrap For $10. I asked for 2 feet of bubble wrap. The gentleman pulled off 3 feet of bubble wrap then I was then told oh well there’s A service fee for packaging up my package so I then said no just give me back what I’ve already paid for and I’ll take it home and do it myself. Then the gentleman brings me a box that I thought was what I purchased and he brings me up a a different box saying oh well this is the better box and it cost more but I’m not charging you for it. I will not be going to this UPS anymore. I’m glad that there is one in walking distance of where I live and that’s where I’ll be going to from now on I think that all of these additional charges should have been presented before I made or rather after I purchased the box and the bubble wrap not doing business with them again.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. This was easily one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. The employees were rude, cold, unfriendly, and acted as though customers were an inconvenience. I had heavy boxes that I clearly needed help carrying, yet nobody could be bothered to come over and assist me. They simply watched while displaying the kind of attitude that makes you wonder why they chose to work in customer service in the first place. What bothered me most wasn’t even the boxes it was the complete lack of basic courtesy and human decency. No friendliness, no willingness to help, no professionalism, and certainly no welcoming attitude. I left feeling disgusted by the way I was treated. A business can have the best equipment and services in the world, but when its employees treat customers this poorly, none of that matters. I will gladly take my packages and my money somewhere else. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects even the most basic level of respect and customer service.

  I've been using this UPS Store for personal and business for over a year now and I have never had any issues whatsoever with the owner or any of the staff. Every request I have made has been processed quickly and handled professionally.
