They never answer the phone, they don’t scan in my packages when they receive them (that was a whole other debacle, I had to talk to the postmaster three separate times about this with my carrier), and the other day, I opened my mailbox to MY OWN BOX that I sent out ten days ago to Canada. They literally had my box sitting in their office for TEN DAYS before just putting it back in my box. This is for a small business, mind you. It was labeled properly and everything, I made sure of it, and the lady at the counter stamped it and said it would be sent back out to the recipient. It’s been a day and a half and the tracking status still hasn’t changed and no one ever answers the phone there, so I’m always stuck going into the office and having to make sure they do their jobs. I shouldn’t have to babysit the post office. Absolutely ridiculous.

And when packages have been "undeliverable" and held at the office they've always told us they don't have them. After finally getting the employ to go look (because the tracking # means nothing to them) in the back they would magically have them. WORST post office I've ever had to deal with!
