- HShope santoneApr 27, 20263.0I’m not sure if this post office is aware that it’s the Lincoln location. My package arrived in Lincoln on the 25th, to then be sent to Wilmington. It arrived back to Lincoln on the 27th to which they decided to send it to Harrington. I live in Lincoln! No reason my package should be two towns over when I should’ve received two days ago.
- CCCristina ChristySep 3, 20225.0I just left glowing feedback for the Lincoln Delaware post office in the USPS database; but felt it important to also post feedback on this particular screen. And here is my why. First, I CHOOSE to go to this particular location even though I live closer to another one. Second, the reason I choose to go here is the staff. They are: courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and always go out of their way to ensure that I have accomplished everything that I set out to. Third, while I feel that it is everyone’s right and obligation to leave negative feedback when warranted, I also feel that we have that same obligation to say something nice when it is deserved. Please remember: The employees of the post office do not determine the cost of stamps or mailing packages. It is their job to service us. Fourth and final comment: if like many you were not satisfied with an elderly Caucasian gentleman that worked in the Lincoln post office,, he is no longer there. Perhaps you should go back because all the staff there now, especially a young gentleman by the first name of Nate, will be happy to help you mail your packages. Thank you for reading! - LSLynn ShortAug 7, 20171.0Horrible service from mail carrier in Lincoln he forgets to stop at your mailbox even with your flag up.even with mail in the box. You have to run him down to give him mail, then ask if you have any. This only happens on Mondays when the normal carrier is off. Something should be done. The Post Master seems like they don't care.
