- JWjasmin walkerAug 4, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with the service from this USPS location. I’ve had two packages go missing within one week, and every time I call for an update, I get the same response: “It should arrive tomorrow.” When it doesn’t, I’m told the same thing again instead of getting a clear answer. To make matters worse, one of my packages was marked as delivered to a completely different address nowhere near my home, so now I’m investigating two missing packages at once. So this has gone on for the past two weeks The lack of communication, accountability, and accurate information has been very frustrating. I expect better customer service and more reliable package handling.

Joe was so helpful, efficient, and understanding while helping me apply for my updated passport. Just make sure for passport services that you come prepared with all of your documents, especially cash or a check and it’ll be a breeze. Kudos to Joe and the team!
