- KLK LJun 21, 20261.0It would be nice if the hours posted on the website and door were accurate. I drove 20 minutes on Sunday to drop off packages. Website and sign on door say they are open for self service 8-1:30 on Sunday but it's not. Great service.

Just to tell me you are missing a form. You have to reschedule. Can I just fill out the form here? She said no. So not fair.

Anytime I go in here I know I’ll be waiting for over 30 minutes and it’s only 7-8 people in line. Do not recommend this location at all unless your ok with waiting super long times and dealing with staff with horrible attitudes to customers don’t greet you or anything.
- MCMonique CMay 12, 20262.0It’s unfortunate how severely understaffed this place is, a lot of issue I see around me and with my own packages seems to be just miscommunication. If a package is out for delivery… the app should say that. There’s many occasions in which I’ve had to drive all the way to this location because I get the notification that it’s ready for pickup just to be informed it’s on a truck somewhere. I would call ahead to make sure, and the support team told me the same thing the app does. The wait isn’t bad though, very patient and kind people I just would be saving a lot of time if the notification were actually accurate. Once again I think this location is SEVERELY understaffed. I had a package claimed to be out for delivery at 6am and didn’t get a notification that it wasn’t coming to me til 6pm… which is when they’re closed. So no one was available to send my package or at least update the app for an ENTIRE work day.
