  Staff was super friendly but these balloons are awful. I bought them on Thursday and they were all deflated by Friday. They were also expensive.

  I returned an Amazon package. There is Always a long line with usually one cashier. I waited 8 minutes to be waited on!

  I went to Staples in Dover DE I wanted to get information about a passport renewal. There were multiple employees but not a one came up to help me or acknowledge my presence at the counter. They were involved in yelling across the store about stock numbers. If there was a manager present she’s was not managing whatsoever. I walked away after 5 minutes then they helped the next person behind me. I went to pay for my items then and the cashier was rude and said we were in the wrong line and I told her I said no one waited on me over in the area dealing with passports and I was going to complain. I’ve never been treated like this at a Staples in my life, but this one in Dover, Delaware is horrible.

  Needed to have a church program for my husbands funeral. They were ver helpful and got my order printed in record time. I highly recommend Staples printing services to anyone that has a need of printing item.

  I visited this Staples today to return a large Amazon package, and unfortunately I left feeling disappointed by the customer service. I was there with my 2-month-old baby, who started crying while I was in line. I had my baby in my arms, her car seat, a large return box, and a small cart I had brought in to carry the box. I understand that helping customers carry items isn’t necessarily part of the job, but I was clearly struggling. As I was leaving, I had to awkwardly push and maneuver the large box out the door while holding my crying baby. The employees watched but never offered to help or even ask if I needed assistance. Another customer noticed I was struggling and was the one who asked if I needed help. I wasn’t expecting anyone to carry all of my things, but simply taking the large box to the door or offering a helping hand would have made a huge difference. Moments like that are what people remember about customer service. I hope this location encourages employees to be a little more attentive and compassionate when customers are clearly overwhelmed. A small act of kindness can go a long way.
