  I particularly appreciate the associates in the print and copy department. I used the service twice recently and each time the associate was helpful and assisted me. The most recent time, though unable to assist in store due to the volume of printing, once I got home, I was able to call the associate for assistance with the process and that made the process seamless.

  Went in to purchase birthday balloons and prior to closing but was caught in the store at closing while in there and while balloons were being blown up I simply asked if the ribbons could be twirled i.e pulled the sales rep. didn’t understand so I began doing it myself without it even being an issue for me with manager being present the rep asked asked if I have a scissors at home to do them because they are about to close. The nerve I’m paying my money keeping in mind it was 552 pm store closes at 600pm. I came outside to the car and customers were still going into the store 556pm. More training should be done for sales rep.
