BrownJul 15, 20261.0Service here at Camden's PO has definitely improved this year; however, today I encountered Sue who had no personality, no greetings, no customer service, no feedback at all. Sue answered the questions on the screen for me without allowing me to and also never asked me about any additional insurance which I wanted, didn't bother to tell me when my package would arrive; etc. Sue acted as if she didn't want to be there and hated her job there. Please send Sue back to wherever she came from and bring back the other friendly, informative customer service reps that I have learned to appreciate.
