- DBDebbie BellAug 30, 20261.0After dealing with this location on a business level for 7 and a half years, I am so glad I never have to deal with this location's incompetence ever again. We never received our own mail in the business park where we were located. Always received other company's mail. And other companies received ours. Front desk has never been pleasant to deal with. They should also consider changing their hours listed on Google. I went in on Thursday at 4:30 (they supposedly close at 5:00), with the door open to the service area, and an extremely rude woman said "we are closed" what do you want? There were two other customers there at the same time. She was EXTREMELY rude to one of the other customers. I was simply dropping off the keys to our mailbox at the business park, since we were moving the following day. She kept interrupting me stating I had made a deposit. No ma'am. If you had let me finish, you would understand I was simply dropping the keys off for our mailbox. She initially refused to take down the information for which business park (I believe there are it least 3) and what address, as well as the company name. I had to convince her that was vital information before she angrily grabbed a yellow sticky to write it down. For all I know, she wrote and eff u on the paper. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. So happy to never have to deal with these people again.

BrownJul 15, 20261.0Service here at Camden's PO has definitely improved this year; however, today I encountered Sue who had no personality, no greetings, no customer service, no feedback at all. Sue answered the questions on the screen for me without allowing me to and also never asked me about any additional insurance which I wanted, didn't bother to tell me when my package would arrive; etc. Sue acted as if she didn't want to be there and hated her job there. Please send Sue back to wherever she came from and bring back the other friendly, informative customer service reps that I have learned to appreciate.
