Went in to send a package in the mail. When I asked the employee to scan the QR code to generate the shipping label, she said we can't scan packages.... okay not big deal, but then I asked if there was an email address I could send the shipping label to for them to print. They said they don't print shipping labels... "go to the store down the street" the employee told me. Why is this location even open if they can't scan packages or print labels??

This place is a joke. The staff is so mad to be working there, which I get because I’m sure they have to put up with impossible customers all day, but I’ve seen them outright yell at customers from across the store for not knowing the 400 steps you need to jump through to send a package. The bigger issue though is their scanners and printers are broken every other week. The amount of times I’ve shown up to send a package only to be told they can’t do anything but sell stamps is WILD. I don’t think there’s a solution and the other post offices aren’t super close without a car, so people have to go here, but it is truly an adventure every single time.

Terrible service, very slow and unhelpful. Can’t accept QR code returns and won’t print a return label. They require you to pay for a strip of tape. There’s no signage outside indicating where the post office is.

If I could give this crappy place a 0 star, I would. You come all the way here to drop off packages with a QR code and they tell you their scanner is broken and you need to go somewhere else. Can’t they warn people on their site?? Here?? Anywhere before this pops up as an option to drop packages off!! And how long has the scanner been out of service? This certainly not happened today. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Although I initially wasn’t pleased with the fact that we hadn’t received mail in over a month and we weren’t contacted as to why, when I went to the post office they were quick to coordinate with the mail man his delivery route so I could open the door and give a new key since the building key was lost. Nice lady working the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was helpful as well as the mailman “Vic”. Friendly and fairly fast resolution to the issue. Thanks!
