- JVJK VanderhoffAug 6, 20261.0Postal woman refused to mail my envelopes and told me I had to go and get stamps to mail them. Of course she yelled it out while others were waiting in line ahead of me, which is so unprofessional. I’ve never had a problem mailing these before at this location. I can see why it only has two stars. Two is being generous.

- RMRoberto MaldonadoJul 6, 20261.0Staff is rude. The office is also short staffed. Workers are not helpful they also make you make the line twice if you don’t have everything correct. Plan to spend over an hour at this location.

The employee at the counter, Gregory, was professional, polite, and very helpful when I needed to mail an express letter. He showed me exactly where to get the right envelope and even came out into the lobby to help me finish everything. Most of the negative reviews are over a year old, and based on my visit on June 30, 2026, it seems like they may have new staff or better training now. Overall, I had a very good experience. The reason I gave them 4 stars, instead of 5 was because their location is not the easiest to find. There are a few small stickers on the door and in the window but no sign that make it easier to find if driving past.
