- LPlizbeth peñaAug 6, 20261.0This is the worst USPS location I have ever visited in the United States. The customer service was terrible. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, threw the envelope at me, and explained everything so quickly that I couldn’t understand her. When I asked her to repeat it, she did it in the same rude manner. I paid for an express service and still received poor treatment. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I hope USPS takes this feedback seriously because this type of attitude should not represent their service.

I don't know what happened but over the course of the past year it went from one of the best to one of the worst. I am entirely and fully serious when I say that I have received much better service with the post service in GISENYI, RWANDA than I have here. Half of the bloody time they're not even open during business hours.
