I usually love sending mail but I asked why my piece didn’t count as a large envelope (totally fine but I want to make sure why so I plan ahead for next time) and the woman behind the desk became confrontational. I asked for my parcel back and left as it didn’t feel safe for me to be there. Someone was using the self service station so two stars as the place seems to be operational if you can serve yourself.

The two ladies that work there are the rudest women I have ever encountered working in what is basically a customer service role. They seem to go out of their way to actually be condescending and rude to the customers. They also regularly open late or close early. They literally have no regard for the times posted on their door. I've never seen anything like it.
