- MSMario SciarrinoJul 28, 20261.0Booked an appointment online to get a new passport, and walked in today 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was informed they don’t have a passport specialist onsite. It was a waste of my time! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Staff are VERY rude as well

I am honestly rattled by how she behaved, so much so that I asked to have my letter back because I did not trust that she would mail it (she dropped it on the floor and didn’t bother to pick it up). She was sneering, confrontational, and dismissive. I cannot stress enough that I am not usually someone that complains about bad service, but this interaction was on another level. This woman should not hold any job where she has to deal with customers. (Yes, it was the same woman whose photo was posted in an earlier review.)

Staff is extremely rude and unapologetic about the situation - they just tell you to go to the walk-in times at MLK library. Whatever you do, do not book a passport appointment here.
