I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes and at least 5 people attempted to enter. It’s crazy that there is some sort of manager that runs this place who has the responsibility to ensure some basic level of service is provided, but apparently not.

She was doing her best I would say, but for the flagship post office location, I would think that it would look a bit more put together and have friendlier staff and provide a better experience especially since you're competing with private companies.
