The key is to go in prepared and know what you are doing, I have shipped numerous packages and letters, and bought stamps from this location, each time the staff behind the counter was helpful and patient. I have witnessed the staff get cursed out and yelled at a couple of times so I try and extend them grace because some customers are extremely rude.
