Their attitude is consistently rude and condescending, making it clear they have no interest in helping anyone. It's as if they've made it their mission to ensure no question goes answered and no problem gets resolved. These employees seem to thrive on making customers feel unwelcome and insignificant. Their sour demeanor and lack of professionalism are shocking, and it’s hard to believe they’re allowed to continue representing the USPS. Every visit is a reminder of why people are turning to alternatives like FedEx and UPS. I’ve given them three chances, and each one has been more disappointing than the last. The service is disgraceful, and I’ve witnessed not only my own mistreatment but also that of others. It’s baffling that such behavior is tolerated, and frankly, if these employees were replaced, it would be a step in the right direction. I will go out of my way to avoid this location from now on, and I urge others to do the same. Save yourself the frustration and seek out companies that value their customers, because this USPS surely doesn’t. If I ever find myself there again, it’s my own fault for ignoring the glaring signs of incompetence and apathy.
