- MMM M4 days ago1.0The teller has an attitude for no reason. I couldn't hear her because she had a mask on and because she had to repeat herself she started to get an attitude. Any question I asked was met with a curt response with attitude. Maybe this is why people don't want to fund the post office anymore. It's our tax money and people think they can be rude for no reason because of job security. How about some customer service training or hire people who actually will treat people with respect? This is not only where tax payers come, but people all over the world and this is the experience they will receive. Pitiful.

- FSFred StevensMay 26, 20261.0This is for the post office at Union Station (near the Metro entrance). I arrived at 8:15 on a weekday morning to find the post office closed. The posted hours on the door says it opens weekdays at 7:30. There was no sign saying the post office would open late.
