I’ve never dealt with an attitude that bad. The woman with the tattoo on her left arm acted like we were wasting her time the second we walked up. Nobody gave her a reason. She just stalled the work on purpose and talked through the whole thing like that counted as doing her job. That’s not service. That’s someone who shouldn’t be behind a counter. I won’t be stepping foot in this place again.

I’m not a huge proponent of AI or technology taking over but it would absolutely do better than the poor, slow and pathetic service offered by this particular location. All USPS locations aren’t like this but this one sucks! The recent experience I had there was it for me. I’m too exhausted to explain what happened but they have no clue what it means to serve. They deserve this poor rating. It is 100% reflective of their service. Proceed with caution!

I never leave reviews neither. But I was shocked by how rude the staff is here. Yvette in particular. I came here to do my passport because the website said I could take pictures on the spot. She asks me “did you bring a photo?” And I politely said “oh sorry I thought I could take the photo here” and she screams at me “I’m asking you a question!!!” Gosh she could just have said “oh no problem. We can take here” or whatever. Anyway. The whole interaction was awful. I felt bad about it because English is not my first language and sometimes I blame myself. But I must say that I was so relieved to see so many people complaining here about it. The staff should be fired. If they hate their job so much just go find another one.

Do you have 4 hours to wait in a line of 3 people? If so, this is your post office. Rude, entitled staff with the speed of snails, purposefully. Any other post office will be faster, cleaner, nicer.
