- TTTiffany6 days ago2.0Now I understand working in customer service is tough, and the folks coming here can sometimes lose their patience from not getting help finding for their mail. That's no reason to be nasty to the rest of us! They only keep the employees with the worst attitude here. There were a couple really pleasant people over the last 10 years, then they removed them to other locations. The actual location NEVER answers the phone and now neither does the temple hills annex that the folks here constantly tell us to call because they don't have our packages that tell us they are ready for pick up here!! They usually only have one person on a Saturday working the window find everything! There should be one person just for packages because they know the delivery drivers no longer deliver packages!

There is usually one clerk so expect the lines to be LONG and wait times to be HIGH. Supplies are often low in stock and your long wait in line may be in vain once you get to the counter. Some staff are courteous and others are rude. There is no consistently with the service.

- JMJose MirandaFeb 11, 20261.0Office closes at 5pm Monday to Friday according to both Google Maps and the signs posted on their doors. But if you arrive after 4pm, the place is already locked and nobody is in there. I have two packages that were supposed to be delivered the last week of January that are missing. They “attempted delivery” but I never got any notification. I scheduled a redelivery and it never came. Last I saw it was supposed to be at this post office but when I come to ask about it, they’re closed an hour ahead of schedule.
