- JCJ CMay 11, 20261.0Horrible place. People that work there never smile are always angry and yelling at customers. One woman especially is just an unhappy miserable person. If I see her, I avoid going in there because she just ruins your day. Post offices need to go private so these individuals can get fired and not get away with treating paying customers with hostility. As of now, with the government run, it's so sad nothing will ever be done and they will never get disciplined, so employees think it's a fun game to treat you this way. Over 200 1 star reviews of Cleveland Park Post Office and nothing has changed!

Yesterday, I arrived at approximately 5:05 PM and found it already closed, which, while slightly inconvenient, I understand may happen occasionally. However, today I made a point to arrive earlier, at around 4:30 PM, only to find that I was unable to enter. There was a sign indicating that the office was closed for lunch from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This situation is quite frustrating, as it effectively prevents customers from accessing services during the final hour of operation, despite the official closing time being listed as 5:00 PM. For those of us who plan our schedules around these posted hours, this creates unnecessary inconvenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
