- SKSuki Kuroda2 days ago1.0The most unpleasant female receptionist I’ve ever encountered in my life. Anyone who doesn’t want to be helpful should not be in a customer care. She may want to enjoy the power they have to tell people what to do but no ma’am you are just nasty and rude. All the usps offices I’ve experienced were nice so it was shocking. I’m so furious.
- ALAnna LepetriAug 22, 20261.0In my experience, the staff have always been just fine, if not very helpful! But whoever manages this location operationally should be embarrassed. I've never seen more than one person on staff at a time, there's no drop box for pre-labeled packages, and there's no self service kiosk. It feels like they don't even want customers quite frankly. I live in walking distance to this location but will often walk 3x as far over to the location on Wisconsin Ave because they at least have options and great hours. I feel bad for the Cleveland Park employees because of the complaints they probably get due to clearly inept management.

My wife is literally crying in the post office because she mixed up the labels and isn’t familiar with US postal system and the lady could not be bothered. She needs to be fired. Go to any other post office.
