She patiently taught me how to properly send packages over various trips to her all while making me feel welcome and not rushed. I recommend the below reviewers start their interactions with a smile so they can enjoy Kara as much as I do :)

I went there recently and was wrapping a box up and the lady at the counter told me to “just stop” as it was “painful to watch” the way I wrap a box. I mean, it’s funny but so damn rude!!! Sorry I am not a box wrapping expert like you.

"hello?" for about 5 minutes. Finally someone came out, and did get my little package weighed and mailed..but, really, it was like I was doing HER a favor! Tried to smile, say "have a nice day" but the woman at the counter was having none of that. I guess she just prefers to be miserable. Oh well...at least I got my things mailed
