Great office, staff is super helpful, and prices are very fair! It is located inside the Department of Labor so you do need a government issued ID to enter.

This week of February 27th a decision was handed down from the US Supreme Court. The decision prevents citizens from suing the usps should your mail get lost misplaced ect even if it's intentional or malfeasance. My own experience happened in November of last year. I sent a certified letter to a government agency and it's been missing since. I have contacted almost every elected official I could find but still waiting on a response. The post office did respond to the official and seems my mail was delivered properly but it's still missing? And now unless that government agencies response is positive there is nothing I can do ?
