- LLLizzyAug 26, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with their rude staff behavior. Today was my second attempt for a passport appointment only to walk in and find out the passport agent has walked out. Both times had my forms filled and all documents ready, reminder text from them the night before and all. The lady told me “i’m not talking to you” after questioning why was I at least not notified by text or email from their system that they send the reminder for. The agent just decided to go get her nails done?

She watched me put ten packages in the wrong boxes without saying anything, then waited until I was finished to tell me I couldn't use them. The way she handled it practically felt like she was laughing about it. There was no line and no reason for the attitude or impatience. A little kindness and basic customer service would have gone a long way.... hopefully she finds the other side of the bed tomorrow
