I know the clerks can do certified mail at the counter but today the clerk working was more than happy to leave the counter and help a lady use the self service counter for ~15 minutes, but didn't want to help me with certified mail at the counter, after waiting. Absolute waste of time. Generated they're an okay location though

I was turn away and told that USPS doesn’t do money orders even though I did one last month. Don’t go to this one if you don’t have to… the front desk people are rude and they don’t wanna help

- GLGhali LahlouApr 15, 20261.0This USPS location is incredibly understaffed, and staff is super unhelpful and unwilling to assist you. Their machines are also always down so they’re only offering package drop off for most of the time. Today is also tax day and for what is supposed to be a government agency, it is very inadequate and it feels like a homeless shelter inside. It was also 90° and there is no AC inside.
