Ive had a PO Box at this location for several years now. To set up my services was a bit rocky. But its gone from bad to worse. I had to approach management to open on time so i could retrieve my mail, I don't get most mail notifications and I have mail waiting I'm unaware of... but wait there's more. I set up automatic renewal and payment but was met with a demand letter that my box was closed and I had to make payment IN PERSON or loose my box forever. But wait there's more... the new employees have an attitude when you approach them with a complaint and to do the basic services they provide... example... I had a large mailing that needed to be sent via USPS (not FedEx not UPS). I was met with... the teller could only process 10 at a time and I would have to get back in line... there's a lot more but I'll stop there. I say this to say. If I did not need to use them, I would not patronize this entity any longer. And if there were fractions of a star I could rate them, I would.

I had an unacceptable experience at this USPS location. The issue was not that I was unwilling to wait in line or follow the store's policy. The problem was that the employee failed to communicate the policy when I first approached her. I politely asked for an envelope, and she clearly heard my request. Instead of simply telling me that I needed to wait in line first, she ignored my question and allowed me to stand there waiting. Only after she finished assisting another customer did she tell me, in front of everyone, that I had to get in line, making it appear as though I was trying to skip the line. That was completely untrue. If she knew from the beginning that I had to wait in line, why didn't she simply say so when I first asked? A five second explanation would have avoided the entire situation. When I pointed this out, she responded with a rude, dismissive, and aggressive attitude instead of acknowledging the poor communication. Customer service is about treating people with respect and providing clear information, not creating unnecessary embarrassment because an employee chose not to communicate. I expect much better from USPS, and I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.
