  The gentleman that helped me- employee ID 365734 made my day in such a short duration of time. I walked in with low expectations but he more than made my day. I initially walked in asking for help to staple pamphlet documents that my scout needed for a week long camping. He initially helped me stable but noticed that the staples just weren’t going to be sufficient. I was truly worried about how my son would manage to keep all his documents together in an organized manner but this gentleman graciously offered to comb bind them. The finished job was so amazingly well done and best part to all this was I now have a great sense of peace knowing my son will get the most out of his away summer camp with no worry about his study material being ruined or misplaced! I want to thank this wonderful gentleman for performing a job that many may see as simple in such a meaningful way and most of all courteous and hospitable manner! I didn’t expect this attentive service but I got the best service ever from a UPS store!

  Parking in back is a plus in DC. The staff is great especially Amber. Would have given a 10 if they did "Happy Returns". I think that's the name.

  This is the lowest rated shipping center in the area for a reason. They wanted to charge to tape an envelope for an Amazon return. Lots of shipping / copy options in this area, go give your business to someone that understands customer service and values a customer more than a small piece of tape. Also agree with other reviews that the store smells terrible and everyone that worked there exhibited a major lack of effort. Go somewhere else!
