    Es una tienda muy mala el 16 me acerqué con una caja el empleado James imprimió mi etiqueta y le digo pega mi etiqueta en mi caja me dice eso es mi trabajo ya vete confiada mi fui llevándome la copia de mi etiqueta, el me dio uno equivocado pasaron 8 días y mi caja no llega a su destino es como si nunca se hubiera entregado a la tienda UPS regreso al lugar este hombre James me dice llama a ese número ellos que te solucionen llame dos horas de espera y me atienden les explico y me dicen esa etiqueta que usted mandó imprimir nunca se escaneo así que no podemos hacerle un seguimiento regresé a tienda😭 regresé hablé con el manager le pedí que revisara cámaras a lo cual accedió me dijo que efectivamente yo dejé mi caja y según ve que el empleado pega mi etiqueta pero no me dice si lo escaneo y su conclusión que no sabe que hacer y que no se responsabiliza de mi caja que impotencia que frustración siento malos empleados y este James un mentiroso porque cuando pedí hablar con el supervisor dijo que el era pedí hablar con el manager también dijo que era y al final es un mentiroso el debe saber dónde está mi caja😭😭😭😭

    I went to my local UPS store today because I needed help with a return I made to Target. I had misplaced the tracking number, so I wanted to see if they could help me locate it or advise me on next steps. Usually Don is there and he’s always very helpful and knowledgeable, but today I was assisted by someone else. Unfortunately, the interaction was frustrating. It seemed like she didn’t fully understand my question, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I explained that I had already checked the UPS website at home, but she insisted I look it up again in front of her. When I showed her, she questioned whether the return was even processed at that store, which added to my confusion rather than helping resolve it. Eventually, she gave me a phone number to call, but when I asked for her name in case I needed to reference the visit, she refused to provide it. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could come back the next day in case I needed further assistance, she told me to stop wasting her time. Overall, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated by the lack of clear communication and professionalism. I’ve had much better experiences at this location in the past, so this was disappointing. Previously when I went to her she was confused then as well, for everyone visiting the store please go the guys rather than her if you don’t want to have a bad day ahead!

    Today this store open 30 minutes after posted time. At least two other people stop by looking for the store to be open. Even after the employee show up, he smell to weed and was not nice. Will not use this store again.
