  This new location is amazing! While there was a small wait time, with Anita being the only person in the store she handled everybody with ease and as efficient as she could. I will be returning to this store for any shipping or printing needs!

  This location has very kind staff, but the two folks working on 5/3 were so patient and helpful I had to give them both a shoutout. I had a printing job for an art project with particular sizing and formatting, and they took the time to run a couple rounds of test prints and make settings adjustments to get it right, and it came out perfectly! I’m sorry I didn’t get your names, but thank you both again!

  Anita, the store manager, answered all my questions regarding a mailbox and when I said I would come back, she gave me the best time to come and explained how long the process would take. I appreciated her assistance as she went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed.

  This team is unbelievable. In a space (shipping services) where good customer is not the norm, these people are a shining jewel in a barren land. I had an issue with my passport being mailed and they went out of their way to contact the warehouse and ask their colleagues to search for my package so that I could pick it up as an exception. I don’t know what I would do without yall. I will consider flying from Chicago to DC just to use this UPS office in the future.
