  A total asset to the 1380 Monroe St NW site is Jenn she is clearly God sent.. the sheer ability to run that business at times single handed on both registers is the bar raises at that store for excellence and sincere customer service that has caused some on the team to express such hospitality and diligence resulting in a service site that makes me glad to walk through the doors. We the public notice, we notice greatly and I for one appreciate Jen and the team she is developing by example of an work ethic that speaks volumes.   Jen displays great leadership its evident she is the glue holding that team at store 5801 alongside encouraging them to be the best they can be like DeAndre a good person whom has great customer service cares for the consumer - thank you for being you... Jen and DeAndre. Edited to expand upon the entire truth. You don't see leadership and team work like that every day. Doing an over night shift to better organize the mailboxes is not such a bad idea ( as some team mates complained about among themselves of the mere thought of it suggested by your leadership ) guys you never know who is listening to you complain it is bad form (( I won't call you out by name that defeats the purpose of good service but I will say to you team mates )) It will help with the overall operations of the business for both customers and employees. FYI we appreciate you all as a team so why not get on board of brilliant ideas that will be a win win for all. I'm a business woman and consumer so I speak from experience on both sides. I share this in love and light.

  Jenn at the Columbia heights branch was very patient and extremely kind. I have not experienced such great customer service at a UPD branch such as this one. Adam was also very kind and called me maam which made me feel comfortable to express my concerns.

  I never take the time to write reviews, but my experience at this UPS store has caused me to write my first. I am giving five stars for one reason only, that is Jen. I have been coming to this location a long time because it is convenient to my work. I was never really happy with the service before and was thinking about going to another UPS store by my house, but then Jen started working at this location. She is so welcoming and kind from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. She knows me by name and makes everyone feel welcome. There are not too many workers at this location, but I cannot recall one good experience that I’ve had with anyone else that works there. 85% of the time I would walk into the store and the workers would be on their phones or having conversations amongst themselves. Their attitudes made it seem like they were upset that I had interrupted their phone time. The one Manager that has been there for a little while, and another tall man are extremely rude. It has come to the point that I will walk by, peek my head in the store, and if Jenn is not there, I will come back another day. I work in marketing and a huge part of any marketing for a store front business starts with your employees. They are the ones that make people want to come back. If I was leaving a rating without Jen in mind, my rating would be a 1. I would also like to mention that I have been in the store multiple times, Probably four or five at this point, and Jen is the only one working. Most of the time she’s very busy, but she handles everything quickly and professionally. She helps multiple people at a time and her customer service that she gives to each person stays the same, no matter how stressful it may be. I hope that she gets some good help there soon. Thank you, Jenn for all of your help and you’re amazing customer service.
