- JSJewel SpriggsJun 16, 20263.0I've had positive experiences at other UPS stores in the area regarding notary services. Today my business brought me to the Cap Hill location and I was highly disappointed. I came in and wasn't acknowledged. I waited while the staff was assisting other customers. When I was acknowledged, I asked about having a document notarized and was told they only do notary until 5pm. It was 4:53pm when I walked in. Before I could ask again because it wasn't 5pm yet, I showed the gentleman my phone screen which showed 4:57pm- another customer entered and loudly talked over me which both of the staff acknowledged, then the gentleman told me the notary person had already left for the day. I understand having this service only available during business hours, however I don't agree with poor customer service and limiting a service based on one employee being there or not.
