It's ridiculous that I waited in line and told that I needed a notary and then was told to wait. Then a few minutes later I was told that there wasn't a notary on staff for the day. This location should lose their franchise with UPS. This place is awful.

Several customers showed up 5 minutes before they closed and he was equally welcoming to all of us - didn’t rush us and had a great attitude. He literally said don’t worry you’re in the door, I’ll take care of you. He’s an amazing every visit. He needs a raise or a bonus!
