Not only did they clearly explain the process regarding my request, but they also made friendly conversation and created a very welcoming environment. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and positive energy truly exceeded my expectations. They worked very well together as a team, and it made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The notary service is efficient and fairly priced. My only complaint is the shipping costs, but this is out of the hands of this individual store.
