  Great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Service was quick and efficient, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything was handled carefully and I was in and out quickly. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this location!

  I left my phone at the store at this store (#7199, I believe). Amani, Darius and Riq kept it safe and returned it to me when I walked back. These employees are exactly the kind of honest, good humored people UPS should want representing its brand. Hold onto them!

  I had a terrible customer experience at this location on Aug 3, 2026. I came in to drop off a single package, a quick scan-and-go transaction. The door was open and I entered the store well before the 7:00 PM closing time. Instead of a basic greeting or a simple explanation, the employee (a light skinned African American woman with box braids) immediately began shouting that they were closed and told me to get out. I tried to calmly explain that I had only one package and had arrived before closing, but I was repeatedly cut off and spoken to in a rude, aggressive manner. I understand that it was near the closing time, but that does not justify treating customers with that level of hostility. This interaction reflected extremely poor judgment and unprofessional communication. If the store needs to close early for any reason, that should be handled respectfully, not by yelling at customers who arrive before the closing time. Management should provide better training on customer service and communication so this does not happen again.

  This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. I asked an employee if she could print a document for me, and she agreed. Before she printed it, I politely asked if I could use my own paper. Without even looking at the paper or asking what type it was, she immediately said, “No, my printer doesn’t take that paper. The paper I brought is clearly labeled for both inkjet and laser printers, so that explanation made absolutely no sense. When I questioned her about it, she suddenly changed her story and said, “We don’t have color ink.So which excuse was the real one? First, it was supposedly my paper. Then it was the lack of color ink. The constant change in explanations made it feel like she simply didn’t want to help. What was most frustrating wasn’t being told “no”—it was being given conflicting excuses instead of an honest answer. If the store couldn’t complete the job, just say that. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and respectful service, not to be dismissed with explanations that change the moment they’re questioned\. I hope corporate addresses this because employees represent the UPS brand, and this level of customer service reflects poorly on the company. I won’t be returning to this location, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone expecting professional service.
