  Two days of no internet service so nothing can be done is pretty bad, but what's even worse is having a notary appointment, arriving at the time of the appointment, and being told that it can't be done because the internet is down. Not being able to "check me in" for something that doesn't require the internet seems like an excuse for the employees not wanting to do their job. At this point, I question how this store is the only store on the strip that seems to requires signs plastered on the door because the "internet is down" for TWO DAYS. But hey, what do I know, I worked in the internet and telco business for about a decade.

  The staff here work as fast and helpfully as possible, but for Heaven’s sake, *please* give them more help. The person this evening was literally running around helpfully getting everyone taken care of before closing / multi tasking like a champ. Customers - do not wait til the last hour. Support the staff!

  Do not use this UPS store if you need any kind of helpful counter service from an associate. I visited this location two days in a row after asking when the notary would be available. Each day I showed up to use the notary services at a time when the notary was scheduled to be there; both times I was told the notary had left early – at least 40 minutes early both times. Then, after not being able to use the notary, I also needed to send a next-day letter, which I mentioned to the counter associate when I arrived. She promptly answered the phone and walked to the other side of the store to help the caller while she was (allegedly) in the middle of helping me. I can’t speak to other people’s experiences, although I have witnessed pretty rude behavior on a regular basis at this UPS store, as it is near my office. But I will not use this UPS store anymore and will just save up my UPS errands for the location much closer to my house. Save yourself a headache, and the time out of your day.

  Was in there for 3 minutes and started sweating, please fix the ac man those poor workers. It’s the busy ups store with no ac lol how does that work
