- E2EMIS Group 206 days ago5.0I can’t recommend this UPS Store team enough! When a shipment for my business went missing, they handled the situation with absolute professionalism and genuine care. Even though the mistake was on the corporate/logistics end and completely out of their control, they were incredibly apologetic for the inconvenience to my business. What really stood out was their commitment to making things right. They immediately helped me process the claim and made it clear that they had my back, promising to fight on my behalf if corporate attempted to deny it. That level of advocacy and personal customer service is rare. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth process and truly earned a customer for life!

This experience stuck with me because it was a quick transaction yet in the 5-10 minutes I was there she was very unpleasant. She is very rude and lacks customer service skills. I have went here several times and each time I’ve had a pleasant experience however she was so rude to me I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

I am just begging you guys to update your online hours to reflect that you’re closed on Sundays. I keep forgetting and looking it up before heading there, only to find the gate pulled down, the store dark, and the door locked.
