- SJSierra JohnsonMar 6, 20261.0It’s a franchise UPS so they charge you $4 to print a single label. Know before you so they don’t take your money. Probably better to go to a non franchise where they aren’t so hungry for money they up charge you 4000 times the cost for ink and a sheet of paper.
- RBRahnae BarfieldFeb 4, 20261.0I had a package that was supposed to be picked up within 7 days. The girls that worked at this location returned my package to sender BEOFRE the 7 days were up. On the ups site it shows that they marked that I refused my package when clearly I was here to pick it up today. I don’t know if my package was attempted to be stolen or if these people just didn’t want to hold my package for the 7 days PER the company policy. My package arrived at the location on 1/29/26 and I when I went to pick up my package today the women who worked there said they returned it to sender on 2/3/26. I need a complete investigation that’s clearly not right!
