- KDKay DennisAug 7, 20265.0The female clerk at store #7315 is amazing. We visited the store today to get papers notarized and to mail a return. While on line, a customer arrives with 3 large Tropical Smoothie drinks in a tray. Right in front of the door she drops one that splatters EVERYWHERE! This clerk was like a happy ninja multitasking. The line was out the door and she stepped out, mopped the area, attended to the line of customers that was out the door. She completely set a tone of calmness and efficiency simultaneously, all with a smile on her face. Truly incredible person. And the notary was also excellent. Thorough and patient!

I had a few questions about the services offered, but the employee assisting me was very short with their responses and came across as unfriendly.I had another package to ship however I don't know if it was me or the rep. ( Second time I experienced this at the same store ....I assume it's the latter) I understand that stores can get busy, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. A more welcoming attitude and willingness to answer questions would have made for a much better experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive the level of service they expect.
