  This agency is not a reliable staffing agency at all. I registered back in September 2025. I have intense skills set in the Administrative sector. With over 30 years of customer service and administrative support. I also have a Master's degree in Education Management. And Bachler's degree in Business Administration. I understand that the job market has been tight. However, it has picked up significantly since the beginning of the year 2026. The recruiting manager at the DC location "Matthew" strung me along for months. When, I would have preferred total transparency over false hope! It has been very discouraging sitting back waiting for a phone call and checking in weekly to get nowhere/no work! Robert Half has improvement to do with helping people find jobs!

  I’ve called several times to this location and have not received a single call back from them. All communication has been initiated through me. This is very unfortunate because as a recent graduate trying to find employment, I find it unfortunate that a temp agency that is supposed to help people find employment do not feel the need to follow up with individuals. I've tried working with numerous job recruiters to no avail. Robert Half needs to do better and actually help those that need employment in order to survive.

  I worked with this company on the hiring side and was hired through them. They used to be fantastic but something has changed. Multiple attempts to apply for positions advertised on their website. I tried to contact someone at the office to introduce myself and was told to leave voice mails. No calls back. No email responses. I eventually asked for a manager and I was told to speak to a specific account manager. Well, she couldn't be bothered to return emails and the excuse was she is too busy. She also said that the jobs posted on their website are already filled, their system is broken. Go elsewhere. I am now on the hiring side and I am waiting for RHT to contact me to ask if I need their help filling positions. I would give a 0/0 if I could.

  For anyone that values anything rare or has a wandering eye for standing out from the competition, I'd highly suggest looking towards Brittany. She's been my recruiter for about two months now but she's helped me obtain another job within a month's time frame. Her personality ties into her work ethic. My first impression of her was how efficiently detailed and well put together she was verbally. After meeting her for the first time, she's always stayed consistent giving me tips, feedback, keeping me well informed, and updated; making me feel like I'm a top priority. I'm truly grateful to have met her. When it comes to reliable assets. there's nobody else to put above Brittany to recommend. Brittany is the best.
