- KKKevin KharkovMay 7, 20261.0Employees are fine, stunted by nonsensical FedEx management. This is a shipping center in an urban area which I walked to only to be turned away for not having photo ID, a little strict, but fine. I come back with my ID only to find out this MASSIVE facility cannot print a package label. In the middle of DC I’d have to go across the city to print a label. Absurd when any UPS doesn’t require ID and are always able to print a label, no questions asked. It is well known that FedEx is inferior to UPS in treatment of their employees and customer service. It’s useful to be reminded.

I was expecting a package from Europe and had completed the online signature authorization; however, the delivery driver did not honor it, and the package was processed for return shipment. Customer service contacted the location and spoke with Janine, who was gracious and helpful in coordinating a solution. Due to a miscommunication about timing, I arrived before closing but after Janine had already left for the day. Holly was extremely helpful in identifying who had spoken with the customer service representative and was able to reach Janine, who returned to the facility to locate my package after it had already been staged for outbound shipment. I am very grateful to both of them for going the extra mile to resolve the issue.

- VHVu HoangApr 9, 20261.0Why does it need security. Holding up traffic at a terrible entrance /exit point. Enter you hit high occupancy bike or pedestrian. Exit can and will never be able to make left turn. Afternoon there an old woman who take an hour search/scanning package. This the only FedEx Hal who more unorganized where they shove everyone package in 1 corner and take half an hour to find anything.
