Asked her a simple question to double check on a case related to a pickup and she blew up on me, yelling in front of other customers. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a business. This person needs to relax and learn how to talk to people.

- MMMelodyJul 7, 20261.0This is unfortunately the nearest FedEx location to me. Some of the staff here move slower than your stereotypical DMV clerk. No shame about completely ignoring customers or moving slower than molasses. Other times I’ve had FedEx clerks pick up personal phone calls while she is working on transactions with customers. Her hair obscured her AirPods. What is crazy is that this is not the first time that a FedEx employee has been on the phone or on FaceTime while providing customer service! I’ve never seen more than two people working at once, and I’m generally not confident in using their services. I only ever opt to drop off or pick up here if I am out of town or my company requires it.
