- JCJose CastroJun 30, 20261.0Every morning, I travel along the BIKE LINE located on Eckington Pl NE and Harry Thoma Way NE and drivers coming out of this ship center are distracted by their telephones or delivery route devices make it really dangerous to go by the gates being afraid of get hit by the trucks just because of your distracted drivers and the lack of respect to cyclist, pedestrians and people around. PLEASE POST WARNING SIGNS to your drivers to BE AWARE of the BIKE LANE

Could not be more clear and public in saying use any other service available. For customer service you will get a robot for the first 2 hours and once you get a representative they are “unable to help”.
