- TTTom TisdaleAug 21, 20261.0They have a scam running here, be aware After you’ve already purchased your shipping label and are dropping off your package, only at this location, they surprise you with a local additional significant drop-off fee I find this illegal and unethical and would like to report to FedEx, but can’t figure out how for I purchased a product from FedEx and then after, when I go to complete the purchase, they hit you with these hidden fees specific to the store The next-store I went to does not charge so it’s a scam at this store When I talked to the hotel employee about this, he expressed the discussed and that this complaint is just about daily and that the hotel manager is in on it also On top of it, when I asked to talk to a manager, the desk clerk named Leland and the manager were both extraordinarily rude, abrupt, uncooperative, and truly need a class in customer service Stay away from- scam. Please fedex pay attention.

This location is located inside Hyatt Hotel, so parking was nonexistent. Good thing I found street parking close by.
