  I’ve been here a few times. Generally a good experience until I had to ship 2 laptops back to my company. I initially let my employer handle this situation as it was their stolen property and I had just left the company but hoping this is helpful to future customers. I walked into the store with two laptops: one broken, one working. I only had the laptop box and I requested to pay for an exterior box for privacy purposes and security purposes. The store attendee said I was able to ship as is but due to the laptop boxes not being necessarily sealable I requested to purchase tape so I could seal it myself and officially hand off. The attendee told me they provide this service as well. Being a post office I wasn’t surprised that this was a service and I didn’t find it suspicious. Come to find out two weeks later, my old employer reached out requesting my receipt for shipping. Thank God I had saved the receipt or I could have been liable. Sure enough there was significant weight on receipt reflecting I had indeed shipped the two laptops however my ex employer received only an empty box and no tape was removed. I’m not familiar enough with the internal handling process or chain of custody after I handed over the package, so I can’t say where or how the contents disappeared. It could have occurred at any point after I dropped off the package. All I know is that I personally handed over two laptops, the shipping receipt reflected the appropriate weight, and my former employer ultimately received an empty box that didn’t appear sealed. I’m sharing this simply because it was a very concerning experience, and I hope future customers take extra precautions when shipping valuable items.

  I will never use FedEx again. This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I’ve ever had. They failed to deliver extremely important documents to the correct address for 8 days. Every time I checked the tracking, all I got was “delayed” with no clear explanation or useful information. When I called customer service, I was repeatedly told that my package would be prioritized and that the issue would be resolved, but nothing changed. The package continued to be delayed with no real action taken. The situation became so unacceptable that I had no choice but to personally go and pick up my package because the documents were urgent and I could not wait any longer. The worst part is that after I picked it up, the system was updated as “delivered,” which now makes it difficult for me to get a refund even though FedEx failed to provide the service I paid for. I contacted customer service again, and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. When people send important documents, they need reliability and accountability — not endless delays, empty promises, and no solutions. I will never trust FedEx with important shipments again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before relying on them for anything time-sensitive.

  The team (staff and manager) are always super friendly and quick to assist or if busy, at least greet you before helping! They’ve helped me on a tight deadline and with special printing projects, always a good experience!
