  The team (staff and manager) are always super friendly and quick to assist or if busy, at least greet you before helping! They’ve helped me on a tight deadline and with special printing projects, always a good experience!

  Disappointing visit. My self-service print job stopped midway, and staff could not resolve the issue or properly print a basic PDF for me. I ended up spending more than $10 without receiving the documents I needed, and the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. The library got it done for free and correctly.

  When I tell you this team pulled through for me! I had a binding nightmare with ABC Imaging here in DC - very difficult people to work with - but this FedEx group they are amazing. Pulled together a project last minute for me and when I say project I mean 20 bound books in 24 hours. Absolutely amazing work. I will be using them as my main printing in DC from now on!

  Picked up my package with a hand sized hole. Clearly someone opened it to see what was in it. One of my items is missing .
