Despite being busy and assisting other customers, they still took the time to help me and went above and beyond, even allowing me to use their office phone and personal devices to help resolve the issue. I really appreciated their patience and outstanding customer service.

Hopefully she is not a danger to anyone, because she seemed to be on edge and started screaming after I asked a question about the envelope sizes they had. This is not an okay behavior by a mile.
