Attention Guatemalans: Think twice before using DHL for your international shipments. ⚠️ I want to share a recent experience so you don't have to go through the same nightmare. DHL uses various tricks and excuses to avoid completing deliveries. When operational problems arise on their end, their customer service completely refuses to take concrete and immediate action to solve the issue, simply washing their hands of the situation. This lack of responsibility results in a massive waste of time, the loss of your money, and severe damage if you are sending time-sensitive items. If you want your packages or important documents to arrive safely and without headaches, I highly recommend using FedEx or UPS instead. Don't risk your money and time with a company that won't back you up when their own logistics fail. Save yourselves the trouble! Michelle de Social Care se lavó las manos y me remitió a DHL Guatemala, sabiendo que el problema logístico es de DHL USA. Cerro el caso y siguió su jornada tranquilamente.

Why DHL is scared of talking to customers? What is this automated message machine you have that prevents people from connecting to your agents? If you don’t want to answer to your customers say it upfront before they pay you. What a terrible terrible terrible company. I have been trying for days and I have not been able to speak to any DHL agents
