  Why DHL is scared of talking to customers? What is this automated message machine you have that prevents people from connecting to your agents? If you don’t want to answer to your customers say it upfront before they pay you. What a terrible terrible terrible company. I have been trying for days and I have not been able to speak to any DHL agents

  I had to ship medication to my daughter traveling in Africa and it was a nightmare. It was held and no one at DHL would help me. They said they expedited research on it and someone would call—never did, their chat system cuts off at 5:00. Phoning connects you to know one. Email responds and says someone will call—nothing. I have never been more frustrated after spending big bucks to get no customer service or help.

  Had no choice but to file a police report with the driver. Scan as “Delivered” with no GPS coordinates + “I can’t remember where” when confronted + no effort to retrieve the package for an entire week? That’s blatantly THEFT. YOU DONT LOOK FOR IT BECAUSE YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS. SIMPLY THEFT.

  Extremely frustrating experience with this DHL station (especially the driver “Bobby” who services MVT area) regarding a misdelivered international shipment that was marked as delivered but never received. Staff were very attentive during my visits but were not able to provide any concrete information such as package scan GPS location and recovery progress after a week of back and forth. When I spoke to the driver “Bobby” himself, he allegedly had no recollection of my 11KG package that he misdelivered himself and left with an excuse of “I need to ask my supervisor where it is”. Though the station said Bobby will go look for the package, I am also 100% positive that he did not make any efforts to recover my package whatsoever because I checked with a dozen apartment buildings nearby and none reported sight of him last Friday and this Thursday/Friday (when he’s supposed to go retrieve the misdelivered package). Appeared like he just flat out REFUSES to handle the situation. How hard can it be to just trace and recover?
