  I ordered a banner and was promised that it would be delivered Wednesday by one person and Tuesday from another. The manager refused to take responsibility for the employee who promised the earlier time and basically told me "too bad" when I asked if they could give a small discount on our next order to make up for the mistake. I would not recommend at all. It is clear that they do not value customer service and will not go the extra mile or admit when they are wrong.

  Although it had been three years since the last post. I am pleased with AlphaGraphic services today. AlphaGraphic G Street Downtown is under new management as of January 2014. The new owners are professional with high expectation for the customers. I truly admired their efforts and business solution for the G Street store. I had witness their hard work and devotion toward their customers-based. They are doing such great work! I recommended their services to my friends, family and my clients. Go and visit AlphaGraphics G Street downton today and meet the new owners. You will enjoy during business with them.
